As President of Onset Financial, Haynes has led a company-wide transformation by focusing on efficiencies, process improvement, data analytics, and improved collaboration, all aimed at increasing production. Haynes led the Onset team that created the company’s COVID-19 Relief Program (CRP), giving payment relief to 100% of customers that requested help.

Melinda received a graduate-level degree from Pacific Coast Banking School (PCBS), University of Washington, where she was in the top 10 percent of her class. She graduated from the University of Utah with her undergraduate degree.
