Craig Youlton joined Onset Financial in September 2024 as the Senior Vice President of IT. With more than 25 years in the software industry, Youlton brings a wealth of experience in leading teams, driving innovation, and delivering technology solutions that support business growth.

Throughout his career, Youlton has worked in a variety of roles—from hands-on software development to executive leadership. Prior to joining Onset, he served as the Executive Director of Global Development at Young Living Essential Oils, where he led international software teams and oversaw key technology initiatives across the company.

Youlton is passionate about building strong, collaborative teams and creating a culture where people feel empowered to do their best work. He believes that great technology starts with great people, and he’s committed to helping his teams grow and succeed.

Outside of work, Youlton enjoys learning about new technologies, spending time with his family, and staying active. He brings both a strategic mindset and a people-first approach to his leadership at Onset Financial.
