They are leaders in customer service and their industry. Today, they are one of the largest locally-owned transportation providers.
This well-known American transportation company had a unique need to finance APUs attached to a property, which was already financed by bank third parties. We were able to provide 100% financing for incredibly soft collateral by focusing its underwriting process on the Lessee’s financial strength and overall condition. We were able to provide an attractive on-balance sheet lease for the customer and helped the Lessee preserve more than $1MM in dry powder that the customer was able to use for a more profitable revenue-generating acquisition.
This lease created an opportunity to quickly turn a profit. The transaction also preserved a million dollars in cash.
